Orders & availability

Product availability and prices may change without notice. If a listing error affects your order, we may contact you to confirm a substitution, adjustment, or cancellation.

Local vendors

DuckDrop works with local farms and small producers. Products may be produced and packaged by third-party vendors. Customers are responsible for safe handling and storage after delivery.

Food & allergen notice

Some items may contain allergens (milk, eggs, wheat, nuts, etc.). Customers are responsible for reviewing product information and making choices appropriate for their needs. If you have questions about an item, contact us before ordering.

Delivery

Delivery zones, schedules, and cutoffs are listed on our Delivery Areas & Schedule page. Deliveries may be delayed due to weather or operational issues. See our Delivery Policy for details.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DuckDrop is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the applicable order.
